Cancellation Policy

General policy: Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to arrival, results in payment of one night. Less stay than agreed results in one more night charges. No show results in full reservation payment. DEPOSIT: 25% of the total amount of reservation as stated in the Greek Tourism Law MAY be charged and is not refundable. We accept traveler's checks or charge your credit card (MC-VISA-AMEX-EUROCARD-DINERS-UNION). In case of not available credit card, please proceed with a bank deposit: for NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE(SWIFT-BIC: ETHNGRAA): IBAN GR 6701103510000035161400250 Please fax receipt as soon as possible after deposit.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations need to be guaranteed by credit card. A preauthorization process will be made. Preauthorization process means that an amount is frozen to your credit card in order to guarantee your booking. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE. Is a standard process in order to guarantee any booking, validate that card used is yours, and "freezes" that amount from your credit card but does not withdraw any amount from your account. This amount will be released back to you within fifteen working (15) days approximately (automatic bank process). The statement or notification of your bank will show (MENDRINOS CH. & ASSOCIATES-HOTEL THEOXENIA). Note this is a standard process that most hotels in Santorini use in order to verify/guarantee reservations. You may pay cash or other means upon departure in order to settle your bill and get a discount as well! If this process is declined we cannot guarantee a room allocation. Please consider asking your bank to have your credit card available for use internationally/abroad as most of the credit cards are for country use only when issued.

Children Policy

0-2 stay for free, 3-12 have a discount by 50% on the per person rate (eg. double room costs 100.00 euros, per person is 50.00 euros, rate for child is 25.00 euros)

Conveniently next to the best restaurants, taxi and bus service points, museums and traditional footpaths, the Via d' Oro (Ypapantis) street with its numerous Jewellery and Crystal shops varying from Rolex and Bulgari or Dior to Lalique and Baccarat, the premises are located in less than a minute walking distance from everything you will need. We are in the old town Caldera view area, with minimum 38 steps to walk up to your room and flat until the Hotel entrance, next to the main square of Fira town.
